| This day happens once in a lifetime…Let the fairytale begin… | What most people don't understand, is that a woman does not start planning her wedding day when she becomes engaged. No, it begins from the time she is about four years old, playing dress up in her mother's pearls and heals. She plans the way she will hold the bouquet, not just walking, but floating down the isle. She literally tranforms into the princess in a fairytale-becoming her own cinderella. This day is to be the first day in her own "happily ever after", and she wants it to be perfect in every way! Until her children arrive, this day is the most important day of her life. |
| 15 years ago on a day in August, was the day the fairytale began for us; the day that Miles and Pendleton became one. Unfortunately, we did not know the value of having the right photographer capture the moments that would happen only once in our lifetime. We simply did not take the photography seriously. We still look back on that day with fondness and happy memories; however, we now know how much sweeter reliving that day together and with our children would be if we had the kind of photographs that truly captured the essence of the day. Because we understand the meaning of what you are asking us to do for you, we take our wedding photography very seriously. We want you to have that day…for a lifetime. Miles Pendleton Images is not a shoot and burn type of photographer...Snapping hastily spotted pictures, burning them to cd and then saying thank you. We take great care in every detail and image of your family, friends and most importantly you…the bride and groom. |
We prefer to be involved from the beginning so that we know what to expect in the ceremony, and also to be able to hear your thoughts about what you envision your day to be like and capture that accordingly. We want you to enjoy your day, not worry about where the photographer is or did he/she get a picture of the way the groom looked at the bride the first time he was called "Husband". Being a part of the program at the beginning gives us the opportunity to discover and communicate these delicate details. We focus on capturing the quality of the moment with emphasis on even the littlest of details. Our goal is to ensure an overall beauty we know you truely desire and will appreciate for many years to come. We have a few questions that will help ensure we are the right photographer for you, and perhaps help you understand what to expect. Please take some time to genuinely think about your responses. Remember: 10 years from now, the cake is gone, the Champaign glasses have been packed away to keep safe from the kids running around - but you still have the beautiful wedding album filled with several dozen images you'll never want to put away. | Our process involves creating a 'design partnership' with the bride and groom to capture every image with diligence. Using free-style techniques, multiple cameras, and the latest technology and equipment, you can be sure you'll have memorable pictures that will last a lifetime. Miles Pendleton Images is not in the business of planning weddings, but we do have a working knowledge and experience of all that is entailed in the process. We will be working either with you directly, or if you so choose with your wedding coordinator, to provide the absolute best in photography and videography. We don't want to consume your budget. This is why we offer many different packages and options, custom tailored for any size wedding.
